Welcome on the informative website dedicated to Hiking Buddies Munich, a Facebook group created in March 2014 aiming at bringing people from all over the world around a common passion: mountains. Growing more and more every day since then, it has become a true community thanks to the regular hiking trips organized by different people.

 

Keep in mind that:

- Everyone is free to create their own hiking event (see the post “How to Organise a Group Hike?”)

- By clicking on “Join” in a Facebook event, you commit yourself to be present on the D-Day

- Read the description of an event before signing up for it

- Make sure to have the proper gear before going in the mountains (See the post “Where to Buy Hiking Gear in Munich?”)
